Joseph Melancon - First Place
On April 11th, 2009, professional and student artists alike met at the Hotel Jacaranda in Downtown Avon Park for the first bi-annual Avon Park Paint Out. They chose any spot in downtown to paint, then displayed their work. Award winners were announced and lunch was served.
